Frequently Asked Questions

How does the class pack work?
After you purchase the pack, you will receive an email with the coupon code to redeem any classes or camps right away. Weekly or twice-a-week class schedules are added every day. Daily camp schedules for spring, summer, and winter etc are launched approximately a month before the season starts - stay tuned for our email announcements. If you don't see the schedules that fit you the best, you can request your own private group classes to pick your own schedule and classmates.
How do the pack parts work?

Each pack part can be redeemed for 1 part of 55-minute classes in a small group. For example, Scratch Ninja has 4 parts total, if you get a 4-part pack, the pack covers the entire Scratch Ninja program. Minecraft Coding Quest and AI Explorers each have 3 parts, so a 6 part pack will cover each of those classes in their entirety.

If a part has courses longer than 55 minutes, or you want to take semi-private classes instead of small-group classes, you will consume more parts from the pack:

  • 1 part of 55-minute group classes = 1 pack credit
  • 1 part of 70-minute group classes = 1.25 pack credits
  • 1 part of semi-private 55-minute classes = 1.5 pack credits
  • 1 part of semi-private 70-minute classes = 1.875 pack credits

You can easily check on any class page how many pack credits it will take up by looking at the pricing section of the page. There, it will list the amount of pack credits it will consume when you enroll.

Can I split the pack between siblings or friends?
Yes, you can split the pack between siblings, but not between friends. However, if you do have friends that want to take classes together, please contact us at support@createandlearn.us, we offer a great group discount. You can also send your friends your referral link (available here) so both of you can receive referral credit.
When do I have to use the pack credits by?

Pack credits can be redeemed within 6 months after purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us for more information.
